Registration

To register:

1. Click on the “Paw Partner Login/ Create Account” button and fill out the required information.
2. We require Distemper, Rabies, Bordetella and a  clean fecal exam within the last 12 months.
3. Ask your veterinarian to fax your dog’s records to The Dog Den at (217) 960-9069, e-mail at info@cudogden.com or you can upload them to the account you created.
4. Reservations cannot be made until we verify and add the vaccination dates to your account

Please note that reservations for boarding and daycare can be made from your account. If your having problems making reservations please call us and we can walk you through the process.
